All photographs, presented on www.feismedia.com, were taken in public places and Feismedia holds the copyright to all of them. An individual can purchase one or more of the photographs under the following conditions:

1. The purchaser can buy a photograph if he or she is displayed in the photograph, or, has consent from the person being displayed.
2. By clicking the “I accept the Terms of use” check box in the “Buy a photo” order form, the purchaser states that he or she has read the Terms of use, accepts them and is aware of the sanctions for misusing the photographs, according to Czech copyright law.
3. Feismedia.com bears no responsibility for misuse of the photographs.
4. Feismedia can change information presented on www.feismedia.com, without giving any notice.
5. If a person does not want to be displayed in a gallery, he or she must make a written a request on This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it stating which photographthey wish to be removed.
6. None of the photographs, displayed on www.feismedia.com, can be used for commercial purposes, or be re-sold, without written consent from Feismedia.
7. A person, being displayed in a particular photograph, can only use the photograph for personal purposes and not for commercial ones.
8. Photographs cannot be edited without written consent from Feismedia.
9. Photographs, displayed on the website, cannot be downloaded and it is strictly forbidden to remove the watermark.
10. Feismedia uses the Paypayl payment system and is not responsible for any security risk or failure. All payment transactions take place on papypal.com.
11. Feismedia declares that any personal information, acquired during registration and/or ordering, is for its own purposes and will not be passed on to a third party.
12. After you have successfully completed the payment, you will be given a download link within 24 hours.
